Jersey Denim Organic Cotton Vegan leather D.I.W.O.® - dry in, wet out Tencel Jersey Drill Shuttle-woven fabric

It looks like denim yet is as comfortable as a pair of leggings

Unlike the traditional shuttle-woven denim fabric, which is rigid and only stretches one way, our denim-effect cotton jersey is 100% bi-stretch and allows the pants to stretch in two directions. The result is a soft, light, and comfortable fabric that fits perfectly to the body, without getting creased. It looks like denim yet is as comfortable as a pair of leggings.

Eco-friendly cotton

The cotton of the new WR.UP® garments labeled (RE), is 100% organic from socially sustainable organic farming. The elastomer also comes from recycled materials converted into elastic fiber.

Low-impact polyester

All the new garments labeled (RE) are made of 100% vegan leather and contain low-impact polyester obtained from recycled plastic bottles converted into new fiber. The elastomer also comes from recycled materials converted into elastic fiber.

Breathability and thermoregulation

D.I.W.O.® is a technical fabric patented by Freddy that features a “dry in, wet out” effect and helps wick sweat away from the body, thus keeping the skin more fresh and dry. The D.I.W.O.® fabric of the new WR.UP® garments labeled (RE) is eco-friendly as it comes from plastic bottles converted into new fiber.

Natural and bio-degradable

The fiber of the Tencel^TM fabric has antibacterial properties and is fresh and comfortable on the skin. Obtained from the eucalyptus plant, ecologic, and biodegradable, this fabric is manufactured using very low amounts of water. To create the WR.UP® in Tencel^TM we have used elastomer obtained from recycled materials converted into elastic fiber.

Robust and soft

Drill is an eco-friendly fabric obtained from recycled materials converted into new fiber. It is robust yet soft to the touch. It is also highly breathable and does not irritate the skin.

Classic denim becomes eco-friendly

The shuttle-woven fabric is the classic striped denim, but the one used to create the new WR.UP® garments labeled (RE), is manufactured with eco-friendly yarns such as 100% organic cotton, polyester from recycled plastic converted into fiber, Ecovero^TM eco-friendly viscose, and Lyocell Tencel^TM. Extremely comfortable to wear, it is stretchier than denim thanks to the new sustainable fabric that stretches in 4 directions rather than 2.

How do I wear them?

The garments of the WR.UP® line are stretchy, comfortable, and suitable to every moment of your day, but they are not like other pants. Wear them as if they were stockings, naturally unrolling them up your legs, remembering to unzip and unbutton them.

Do I wear WR.UP® like any other pants?

The WR.UP® pants are made of a unique highly-stretchy fabric that makes them more comfortable but also more delicate. When you wear the WR.UP® pants remember to always unzip and unbutton them, then unroll them up your legs as if they were stockings.

Are WR.UP® made of true denim?

WR.UP® Denim are made with a special cotton jersey fabric that looks just like denim, but allows you to wear them with the softness and comfort of jersey pants. Also, the 100% bi-elastic fabric improves their fit and makes them more durable.

Do all WR.UP® models have the same fit?

All WR.UP® models have the same fit. Based on the material composition and on the treatments, they can be more or less close-fitting, giving different feelings when worn. The softest are WR.UP® in stretchy cotton in the basic colors.

Which size should I choose?

Make sure you choose the right size, so that the WR.UP® pants can enhance your curves.
Take a measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
Then pull the two ends together without stretching the tape and look at the chart for the size that matches your measurement.

How can I know what is the rise of the WR.UP® pants?

The WR.UP® pants are available in 4 versions: low, regular, medium, and high rise.
The fifth letter of the product should correspond to the rise. For example, WRUP1LXXX indicates low rise pants.

How do I recognize the authentic ones?

The enameled logo on the back pocket, the label on the crossed belt loops, and the brand on the inner shaping band around the waistline are only present on original WR.UP® pants. Look out for these signs when you buy them, they are our guarantee of authenticity. Check also the ‘made in’ label, which should not feature China as the country of origin.

What is the difference between Skinny and Superskinny fit?

Superskinny pants are narrower down the legs and also 2 cm shorter than the traditional Skinny pants. In the portion from knee to ankle, WR.UP® Super skinny are much tighter.

What does WR.UP® 7/8 mean?

WR.UP® 7/8 means a fit which is about 11 cm shorter than the traditional Skinny fit. WR.UP® 7/8 end just above the ankle.

Which are the Shaping Effect models?

All the WR.UP® pants are manufactured using the Shaping Technology which, thanks to the shaping band around the waistline, keeps the pants up and in place, while shaping and sculpting your hips.

Can I put them in the washer?

Almost all the WR.UP® pants can be put in the washer on delicate cycle at a max temperature of 30°C. Some models with special treatments, such as those in faux leather, have to be hand washed. Always refer to the washing instructions written on the inside label. The WR.UP® pants cannot be bleached, tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned.

If I wear them all day, will the shaping band be uncomfortable?

No. The shaping band is thin and designed to make them as comfortable as any other stretch jersey pants. The inside band around the waistline keeps the pants in place, increasing the feeling of comfort.
